That time frame coincides with predictions for runaway rogue Ai development now that 2nd generation Ai software is programming 3rd generation Ai without human intervention. We need to implement a contingency plan in the event that a rogue Ai decides that it is going to exterminate humanity for our resources. I see no other option than to coordinate with all nuclear armed militaries on Earth for a fail safe global EMP strike to destroy all systems that Ai can harbor. We have come full circle.
