Alas, Babylon is a book by Pat Frank about WWIII. In this book, the war started when a Russian plane was shot down in Syria. Part of John Titor's story was similar to parts of the book, including the parts about oranges, the river, etc. So, my question for you is this: Were some of John Titor's posts a signpost to the book as a warning? After seeing this in the news today, I'm really beginning to wonder:
