Nope, I know who Z is. He's a dude. And his "Great" story is a total rip off of the movie Frequency. At least in that movie there was some big storm or norther lights or something that explained how it all went down. This guy expect YOU to believe that the cheap little router you bought at Wall-mart can send radio waves to the future.

Each line has 40 digits, except the last which has 41.

Nine numbers occur, six of which are two-digit numbers. This seems to rule out the solution being a simple substitution cipher. There is only one punctuation mark, which also seems to rule out a substitution cipher; however, that one punctuation mark occurs in the line with 41 digits, which means that counting only the numbers and letters, each line has exactly 40 elements.

What all that means I have no idea.

I think that it is a series of ciphers, 40 characters in each. Perhaps one per line.

I will analize it when I have time and I will report back here. But in truth I expect another level hoop jumping after that. You can have that task.

Good catch. The first five letters are a jumble of "Iraq's" or Iraqs".

Perhaps a coincidence, perhaps not. But it does kind of jump out.

That would means that the first part of the first line could translate into "Iraq's bars emptying".

Does Iraq have bars? And more importantly, what difference does that make?

And if this is just a simple jumble, then why is each line exactly 40 characters long?

If it was a simple jumble, then the letters in "iraqs" would have been dispersed across the entire line, not all in the first five spaces. It may be a jumble, but it isn't a simple jumble like we've dealt with previously from Zeshua.

This was the first major change in variant 83.

Shortly after that, Benazir Bhutto herself was assassinated. Benazir was party to the findings of the 2007 project and was fully briefed about variant 83. Her personal mission was to avert the Pakistani nuclear strike, and in variant 83 it had been seen that she was very politically active - although unsuccessful.

We do not know this as fact, but we feel that readers may draw their own conclusions about why she might have been 'eliminated' shortly after the publication of the NIE. It must be remembered that there are many factions and individuals behind the scenes that WANT these foreseen events to transpire.

Most significantly, since her death there is now a coalition government in Pakistan which in itself may be sufficient to avert the strike against India. This is another departure from variant 83.

In our long conversation, Marci McDowell likened the publication of the NIE to nudging an aimed rifle barrel so that the metaphorical bullet (i.e. the predicted outcome) would instead hit another target. Readers will have noticed that there have been political attempts in certain quarters (not only within the US!) to straighten the rifle barrel again. But this does not appear to have worked... so far.


This might be premature at the time of writing (10 April 2008), but it does look as if Barack Obama - not Hillary Clinton - may be the next President. If so, this further departure from variant 83 may be the most significant of all.-"
